Old Cottage Hospital Studios, Ledbury Ledbury & Area Development Trust (LADT) is proud to offer approximately 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) of prestigious managed workspace at the Old Cottage Hospital Studios, Ledbury. Divided into eight Studios ranging in size from 62 sq ft (5.8 sq m) to 384 sq ft (36.7 sq m) the managed workspace is primarily targeted at local  young  entrepreneurial businesses - focused mainly (though not exclusively) on the creative industries.   An ‘Expression of Interest’ form for those interested in taking up a tenancy of one of the Studios is available from LADT. Consequently, as well as providing ‘space’ for entrepreneurs, the aim is also to offer support and mentoring - and access to cost-effective (and in some cases free) business advice, support, and training.
