Master's House Key Recommendations 30th October 2007 (Ref: 008) Building an inspirational 21st Century extension to link the Master’s House and the 17th Century Barn in Ledbury, and commissioning an architectural competition to find the most creative solution are two of the key recommendations from the Business Plan for the Master’s House produced by the Ledbury & Area Development Trust (LADT) today
£1m Refurbishment of Cottage Hospital 29th March 2006 (Ref: 004) The £1m Ledbury Cottage Hospital refurbishment project has been launched and this will bring the old Cottage Hospital back into use for the benefit of the community.
This will be as a mixed use site combining six affordable, shared equity apartments (for people currently based in and around Ledbury), and around 1,676 sq ft of managed workspace targeted at local, young entrepreneurs setting up businesses in the creative industries.
The Trust will manage the workspaces and will be based on site.
Launch at the Armadillo 12th July 2005 (Ref: 003) A programme of community regeneration activities over the past three years has proved so successful that the Ledbury & Area Development Trust has been launched to continue the work. This launch is a first for the Advantage West Midlands Market Towns Initiative Programme.
