Two New Additions to Team as Chief Executive Moves on

Ledbury & Area Development Trust (LADT) announces (27th July 2010) the appointment of two new members to its Management Committee as its Chief Executive leaves the company after five years.

“We are very fortunate to be able to benefit from Una Morgan and Jan Long joining our Management Committee,” commented Stuart Houghton, LADT’s Chairman.

“They both bring a wealth of experience and local knowledge to add to the expertise of our current committee, and I very much look forward to working with them.”

Roger A. Payne, LADT’s Chief Executive since it was formed in June 2005, is leaving the company at the end of July.

He will continue to provide consultancy services in the West Midlands - and beyond - through his own company.

“I would like to express the sincere thanks of all the Management Committee and Members of LADT to Roger, our Chief Executive.

Roger was instrumental in forming the Trust in June 2005 and has been the primary architect and driver of its successes over the last five years,” said LADT’s Chairman, Stuart Houghton.
